The cup contest is a 2 person game where players try to knock over cup. The only catch is that they have to do it with oranges inside of a stocking that is tied around their waist.

Line 15 to 20 cups on the floor bottoms up with each separated about a foot apart. Make a line of cups for each player. Then prepare tights by adding two oranges inside each side (leg) of the pantyhose. Then tie the tight around the player’s waist.

Players will line up at the beginning of the cups an on “go!” or when the music starts, the players begin to knock down as many cups as possible before the other player. The winner wins a prize or moves on against another player.

Tips for playing this game:

This is not a game of speed, but precision. Make sure there is enough room for players, they will be swinging their balls all over the place.

Use pantyhose big enough for players to tie. Do not use small or child size stockings.

If you have a big crowd you could divide people up into teams to make things interesting. Or if small you could have one on one rounds.

Put a knot in the front once the oranges are in the tights. That way both oranges could move the same way.
