This printable habit tracker is great for single page set up. For our example, because we did it horizontally, it is a two page setup. It is great for anyone who has less than 10 goals to track at a time.

What we noticed about most trackers is that they are pretty advanced. They have lots of space for a long list of habits to track. We found that this could be very overwhelming for beginners to set goals.

We found that most people like to ease into tracking, by selecting just a few of the most important habits they want to achieve. In this example we have a twelve-month spread with one habit at the top to track. This is for a serious goal that you’d want to check on short-term and long-term.
