In order to make your own geometric centerpiece, you will need straws, wire, hot glue and spray paint. Follow these simple steps to make a triangular geometric centerpiece.

For the wire, you could use any kind of wire but jewelry wire is the best option. You will need a lot of wire because you will use a generous amount in order to make the structure.
You could make your centerpiece any color but our favorite is Rust-Oleum Metallic Gold spray paint.

- Using your wire (generous amount) and straws, make a single triangle.
- Tie a knot to secure the triangle.
- Add straws then take your wire to go up the next triangle.
- Tie a knot to secure the existing triangle to make another.
- Repeat this until you have 5 triangles in a row.
- Begin to bring the end of two opposite together and then you will find where the missing triangle is and that will be your final straw.
- Add the final straw to your centerpiece and tie the wire to secure it.
- On each connected straw, add a dab of hot glue to smooth out the edges. This will make sure there are no gaps between straws and helps the piece come together.
- Let dry.
- Spray paint your piece. Do 2-3 coats or to liking.
- Add you decorations (i.e. candles, flowers and greenery). We recommend to use a 3 inch wooden circle as your base and hot glue your flowers to the wood.
