4 green onions (diced)

Instructions

Beat 5 eggs and yogurt together. Sprinkle cheese to the bottom of the pastry shell. Add mushroom then spinach and cover with remaining cheese. Pour egg and yogurt mixture and bake on 375° for 45 minutes until the middle is firm.

Belgian Waffles

4 tablespoons of granulated sugar

½ teaspoons of salt

1 cup of milk

4 tablespoons butter or margarine melted and cooled

1-cup all-purpose flour

Melted butter or margarine

Powdered sugar

Beat egg whites in a medium-sized bowl then set aside. Combine egg yolks sugar and salt and beat in large bowl until thick. Then blend and add milk, Vanilla and 4 tablespoons butter. Add flour and blend.
