How to the Play He Said, She Said Bridal Shower Game?
Before the shower, meet up with the bride and groom in order to create your answer key. These could be things they have said about each other, their relationship, or their wedding plans. Or you could use our game card HERE.
Get the guests in one area and grab a game card and pen/pencil. Set a timer for 3 minutes, when you say go, guests can start filling out their cards. Answering whether they think the quote was said by the bride or the groom.
When the timer goes off, guests could swap game cards with another player for grading. Make sure they have someone else’s card and a pen/pencil handy.
To score the game, they’ll go through each quote one by one and you’ll read the questions out loud and the correct response. For each correct response, give yourself a point on the card you’re grading.
When you’re finished, guests should add up their points, and the player with the highest total wins!
The goal of the game is to identify what statements were said by the bride or groom. Guests are given a series of statements and they have to determine to who they think that statement belongs.
Tips For Playing This Game
Make it Festive!
You could record the couple and ask them to answer the funny questions beforehand. That way guests could watch the couple at the end as they review the list of questions.
Another funny way to make this game even more interactive is to have props. Some funny props could be a cut out of lips or wedding dresses to represent the bride. Cutouts of bowties and mustaches could represent the groom. This will make it a very cheerful bridal shower game.
